get a 9s shields up and its gud 50% to block stuff that flies and den u getz +24 armor to yo peeps and chain dat shi wit the prot hench that haz da aegis and the useless tactics hench and you gots a defense ball yeye

I'd be more inclined to run splinter weapon on a barrage ranger or no barrage at all. Leave SY! to the warriors/paragons ;P
